Shipping is charged based on the total amount of the order:

$ 1 - $ 30 : $3 Shipping
$ 30 - $100 : $6.95 Shipping
$100 - $250 : $8.95 Shipping
$250 and up : $10.95 Shipping
Shipping outside the US and Canada : $23.95

If you return something:
1. Don't wait to return it---please send it back as soon as you can.
2. Return a copy of our invoice or picking ticket, or tell us the order number.
3. Tell us what was wrong with the item:

5. Please pack the item for return the way we packed it.
